Meet Our Caregivers
Aside from providing you with excellent services, Sustained Hope, LLC also guarantees that those services are being performed by caregivers whose skills match your needs. We also make sure that our clients are fully compatible and comfortable with our caregivers assigned to them. In other words, we ensure that there is a meaningful “connection” between the client and caregiver.
We exercise diligence and rigor in recruiting our caregivers. Click here for their job description. Our caregivers are selected by formal application and interview. We do a careful background and reference check and employ only state certified individuals with some experience. We also use a formal 3-phase training and orientation program before our caregivers begin work. Certain caregivers may also receive practical field training where required. The final phase of our training program is individualized orientation—i.e., the caregiver is prepared and trained to provide the required services for a specific client. Please contact us to learn more about our Multipoint Client-Caregiver Matching Process.
Sustained Hope employs Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Personal Care Assistants to aid client’s personal care such as bathing, feeding, toileting, grooming, shaving, dental care, dressing, and other personal care activities. We also offer companion/sitter services to clients, wherein our qualified sitter would talk, walk, watch TV, and play games with the clients.
Sustained Hope’s Quality Assurance program requires that our caregivers’ services are periodically supervised. We use both unannounced (to caregiver, but client will be informed) and scheduled visit by a Registered Nurse and/or by Sustained Hope’s authorized representative. Please contact us to learn more about our supervision process.
All caregivers and contracted individuals working for Sustained Hope, LLC are W2 employees, covered by Workers’ Compensation insurance.
For more specific and advanced healthcare needs, Sustained Hope, LLC offers the assistance of Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are registered in the state.
